Payment Security Policy

1. SECURITY COMMITMENT
MarsVenus applies high security standards in payment processing to ensure the safety of Customers' financial information.
Online payment transactions are conducted through Payment Intermediary Partners that are legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Accordingly, the entire payment process complies with security standards of the financial and banking industry.
2. APPLICABLE SECURITY STANDARDS
Payment transactions at MarsVenus are protected by security mechanisms including:
- Using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol to protect data during transmission
- Complying with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) through payment partners
- Applying Tokenization technology (card data encryption) to minimize data leakage risks
- Complying with security regulations in the financial and banking sector in accordance with Vietnamese law
3. PRINCIPLES OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF PAYMENT INFORMATION
MarsVenus does not directly store Customers' card information. Payment information processing and security are handled by Payment Intermediary Partners.
Specifically:
3.1 For international cards
- Card information (card number, CVV, expiration date…) is not stored on MarsVenus systems
- Data is processed and stored by Payment Intermediary Partners according to international security standards
3.2 For domestic cards / Internet Banking
MarsVenus only stores necessary information for transaction reconciliation such as:
- Order ID
- Transaction ID
- Bank name
3.3 Payment token
- When using saved payment features, the system only stores tokenized data provided by Payment Intermediary Partners
- Tokens do not contain original card information and cannot be used to perform transactions outside authorized systems
4. SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
MarsVenus commits to:
- Not storing or interfering with Customers' card information
- Applying appropriate technical and managerial measures to protect transaction data
- Coordinating with Payment Intermediary Partners to ensure transaction security
Customers are responsible for protecting their personal information and not sharing payment details with untrusted third parties.
5. NOTES
MarsVenus is not responsible for risks arising from:
- Customers exposing payment information due to personal negligence
- Customer devices being infected with malware or accessed without authorization
- Incidents beyond the reasonable control of the system
