Applicable to table reservation services and related services at MarsVenus Restaurant

Welcome to the MarsVenus Restaurant website. By using the table reservation function and related services on this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following terms constitute an agreement between the parties, including:
- MARS VENUS COMPANY LIMITED – 176/9 Le Van Sy, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the owner of the website https://marsvenus.vn/, hereinafter referred to as “MarsVenus”.
- Individuals or organizations making reservations and/or using related services via the website, telephone, hotline, Zalo, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, or other official channels of MarsVenus, hereinafter referred to as “Customers”.
- Within the scope of these terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Reservation”: The act of booking and securing a table at MarsVenus Restaurant via the website or official channels.
- “Service” / “Additional Services”: Includes but is not limited to private room booking, event booking, pre-ordering dishes, decorations, flowers, cakes, and other additional services provided by MarsVenus from time to time.
- “Booking Order”: A reservation/service request that has been confirmed by MarsVenus.
- “Deposit”: An amount paid in advance by the Customer to secure the service.
- “Confirmation (Confirm)”: The status indicating that the order has been accepted by MarsVenus and is valid for execution.
- By making a reservation and/or using the services, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all contents of these “Terms and Conditions”, without requiring a signature.
- All content displayed on the website (including but not limited to images, articles, designs, processes, brand identity, etc.) is the property of MarsVenus. Any copying, reuse, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent from MarsVenus is strictly prohibited.
- Customers may access these “Terms and Conditions” at any time on the website. In case of discrepancies or conflicts, these terms shall prevail.
- Information provided by Customers during registration or service booking will be used by MarsVenus to confirm, process, and deliver services. MarsVenus staff may contact Customers to verify information before confirming orders.
- MarsVenus reserves the right to modify, supplement, or update these “Terms and Conditions” at any time without prior notice. The applicable version shall be the one effective at the time the Customer makes a reservation or uses the service.
- Customers are advised to save or print these terms at the time of booking for future reference.
ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATION AND SERVICE USAGE
- Services displayed on the website with prices other than 0 VND are considered available for booking at the time of display.
- For services displayed with a price of 0 VND, provision of the service is only valid after MarsVenus contacts the Customer to confirm and agree on the price.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information as required when booking services. MarsVenus reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if the information is invalid or unverifiable.
- After receiving a booking request, MarsVenus may contact the Customer to confirm details, timing, and related requirements. Confirmation calls may be recorded for service quality assurance and complaint handling (if any).
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all provided information. MarsVenus shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect information.
- MarsVenus reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or cancel bookings if abnormal signs related to customer information or transaction history are detected.
- A booking is considered valid only when its status is changed to “Confirmation (Confirm)” via the system or official notification from MarsVenus (confirmation email, Zalo message, Hotline). Customers can track booking status through registered communication channels.
ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE AVAILABILITY
- Services and prices are available as displayed on the website, subject to stock availability.
- In case of insufficient ingredients, we will discuss alternative options with the Customer, and the order will only be valid upon Customer agreement.
ARTICLE 4 – ARRIVAL TIME & TABLE HOLDING
- Opening hours: 17:00 - 22:00 daily.
- Last Order: 21:00.
- Table holding time: Maximum 20 minutes from the reserved time.
- Change of arrival time: Customers are supported to adjust arrival time once (e.g., from 18:00 to 19:00 or earlier). Please inform in advance.
- Late arrival cases:
- If the Customer arrives late but informs in advance: the restaurant will try to accommodate, but seating may change depending on actual conditions.
- If exceeding 20 minutes and no response after 2 contact attempts: the booking will be automatically canceled. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded.
ARTICLE 5 – DEPOSIT POLICY
- For estimated bills ≤ 2,000,000 VND: Deposit is 200,000 VND per person.
- For estimated bills > 2,000,000 VND: Deposit is 50% of total service value (excluding VAT and service charge).
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Customers may cancel or change reservations under the following conditions:
- Cancel at least 48 hours in advance: 100% deposit refund.
- Cancel from 24 to under 48 hours: 50% deposit refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours: No refund due to prepared materials.
- Rescheduling: Allowed once within 7 days from original booking. (Note: rescheduled bookings are non-refundable if canceled later).
ARTICLE 7 – ADDITIONAL SERVICES
7.1 Scope
- Table decoration
- Cakes, flowers
- Pre-order dishes
- Private events or special requests
7.2 Conditions
- Must be requested in advance
- Only valid after confirmation
- May be refused if too close to service time
7.3 Payment
- May incur additional costs
- Must be paid 100% in advance
7.4 Refund policy
- No refunds once prepared
- Case-by-case if not yet implemented
ARTICLE 8 – PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are in VND and displayed on the website or at the restaurant. VAT included if stated.
- MarsVenus may change prices at any time. Final price is at confirmation.
- Prices exclude public holidays, Tet, and peak periods. Special pricing may apply.
- Draft/Pending prices are not legally binding.
- Payment methods:
- Cash
- Bank card
- E-wallet or others accepted
ARTICLE 9 – FORCE MAJEURE
MarsVenus will handle situations such as bad weather, government restrictions, or technical issues:
9.1 Alternative arrangements
– Indoor or covered seating
– Cruise replaced with dock service
9.2 Rescheduling
- Free reschedule support
9.3 Cancellation & refund
– Cancel service
– 100% refund
ARTICLE 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MarsVenus is not responsible for:
– Force majeure events
– Incorrect customer information
– Indirect damages
Liability (if any) will not exceed paid service value.
ARTICLE 11 – PROMOTIONS
– Membership discounts apply
– Only one promotion at a time

MarsVenus may refuse service if customers violate rules or affect others.
